Hexarelin is a synthetic hexapeptide compound. As a derivative of GHRP-6, it has the ability to promote the secretion of growth hormone (GH). In addition, Hexarelin has a positive effect on fat metabolism, can promote the healthy differentiation of adipocytes, and reduce the accumulation of visceral fat. It can also play a cardioprotective role by activating the GHSR1a receptor and CD36 receptor in the heart and reduce the apoptosis rate of myocardial cells.
